NJ Singles - Photos Help

There are two links to upload your photos. You can find one of them on the left tool bar under "Toll Ahead" which links you directly to the "Upload Photo" area. Or you can find the other one below your profile next to the exit profile links.

To upload a picture from your computer: click on the "Browse" button to choose the picture to be uploaded. Locate your picture on your computer's hard drive, select it, and click on the "Open" button. Click on Upload and your photo will now appear in your photo area

IMPORTANT: REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR PHOTOS MAKING SURE EACH ONE WAS CORRECTLY UPLOADED. If you remove your Main photo, you will need to submit a new one because your supplemental photos will not display and will not take the place of your Main photo automatically.

What format may my photos be in?

Your images must be either JPG or PNG format. We do not allow ART or GIF formats. Our system only understands those formats.

PNG is similar to GIF format, but both GIF and PNG are NOT really good to use for your images because they are usually larger than 50K. JPG is the best format to use for your uploaded images because it has a larger range of colors. The ART format is usd by AOL only, although some Internet Explorer browsers will view it if the ART plug-in is installed.

Photo Guidelines

You are not permitted to upload any photos of explicate sex or nudity. You must be fully clothed. Your face must be plainly visible. If you can cover your face with your thumb on the computer screen it is too small. The photo should not include other people.

If you remove your Main photo, you will need to submit a new one because your supplemental photos will not display and will not take the place of your Main photo automatically.

NJ-Singles is not an advertisement for immediate sexual activity. There are plenty of other sites like that available. We do not yet want to restrict any of our web visitors because of adult natured material. So keep your photos clean.

We reserve the right to delete objectionable photos, and repeat offenders will have their accounts suspended.
